Frequently Asked Questions
-
We photograph nearly any product. Our product-only focus spans from jewellery and timepieces to studio-shot cars. Clients trust us with reflective challenges like cosmetics, glass, and luxury metals. Whatever the size, we first learn the item’s key attributes, then shape lighting and styling to celebrate them, delivering imagery that fits seamlessly with your brand’s voice, identity, and vision consistently across every channel and customer touchpoint worldwide.
-
Begin by wiping each item to remove fingerprints, dust, or packaging residue. Ship pieces in protective sleeves or boxes and, when possible, include a spare set for contingency. For products that assemble or have swap-able parts, label components and add concise step-by-step instructions or reference images. These small preparations shorten setup time, prevent last-minute flaws, and let us focus on creating polished, on-brand visuals that resonate.
-
We begin by studying your brand guidelines, campaign goals, and target audience. From there we build a concise concept deck, mood boards, lighting notes, color references, sample layouts to make the visual direction tangible before a single frame is shot. On set you’ll see tethered previews in real time and can fine-tune details. This collaborative, checkpoint-driven process keeps every image true to your brand story through shared reviews from planning to delivery.
-
Our workflow is designed to respect your time. After an initial briefing to define goals and approve our concept deck, we’ll ask for quick feedback at a few key checkpoints: concept sign-off, shoot-day tethered previews, and final image review. Otherwise, our team manages scheduling, lighting, styling, and post-production. You stay informed without micromanaging, ensuring creative control remains effortless and stress-free throughout the project lifecycle for peace of mind.
-
Absolutely. Through a vetted network of specialists we can secure props, talent, makeup artists, set designers, stylists, and other services tailored to your brief. We gather quotes, manage bookings, and oversee schedules under one point of contact, applying the same quality standards we hold for imagery. This full-service coordination streamlines logistics, eliminates last-minute surprises, and lets you concentrate on creative decisions instead of vendor management.
-
Our speciality is product photography, allowing us to maintain uncompromising quality. For compact shoots we can guide basic creative direction, ensuring visuals stay on-brand without added layers. For broader campaigns or motion needs, videography, marketing assets, multi-channel roll-outs, we partner with a network of proven specialists. We coordinate hand-in-hand, so stills, motion, and messaging weave together smoothly allowing each expert to work in their strongest arena, for your ultimate peace of mind.

It depends on your business goals. AI-generated content works well for brands just starting out or those needing frequent, budget-friendly visuals to gain momentum quickly. For high-stakes campaigns needing concept-driven, pixel-perfect images, hiring a skilled photographer ensures effectiveness. Additionally, some brands avoid AI-generated visuals altogether, concerned about potentially undermining their customers’ trust in the authenticity and quality of their brand.
-
We welcome international projects. Simply ship your products to our Singapore studio and we’ll handle photography here while coordinating every step online, concept deck reviews, shoot-day previews, and final approvals. Allow an extra one to three weeks for shipping, customs clearance, and time-zone communication, depending on origin and project complexity. Our structured workflow and digital touchpoints keep the process smooth, transparent, and aligned with your brand no matter where you’re based.

Estimates are built from five components: the Creative Fee for the shoot itself, a Pre-Production Fee for planning and coordination, a Post-Production Fee based on editing needs, External Cost for things like studio, props, or crew (with a handling fee for coordination), and a Licensing Fee that reflects how, where, and how long the images will be used. Optional add-ons like rush edits, extra review rounds, or RAW file release are included only when needed. We issue one clear, all-in estimate: 50% deposit to begin, and the balance upon delivery.
-
Yes. When you introduce a new client who books a full-day or half-day shoot, we send you a referral reward equal to 5% of the project’s total value once the final invoice is paid. There are no points systems, tiers, or limits; just a straightforward thank-you for sharing our work with your network and helping us build a community of brands that value high-quality product imagery.
